Shipping: Currently only within Germany and to Switzerland. Our EU shipping is paused due to EU packaging licensing costs (sometimes over €400 per country). EU customers can order with a German delivery address, pick up their order, or through retailers like Tropenfit and Alpinsport-Basis (We regret the restrictions – perhaps a complaint to our "trade-restricted" EU politicians will help!).

Shipping: 1st business day after receipt of payment – DHL with tracking.
Costs within Germany: €5.50, free for orders over €50.
Switzerland: VAT exempt, shipping is generally €9.90 (delivery duty unpaid).

For worldwide shipping (excluding EU and US), please contact us.

Payment terms:

Prepayment -2% (payment before shipment less 2% discount)
