Shipping & Payment Info
Shipping EC: Only within Germany. Our EC shipping is paused due to EU packaging licensing costs (sometimes over €400 per country). EU customers can order with a German delivery address, pick up their order, or through retailers like Tropenfit and Alpinsport-Basis (We regret the restrictions – perhaps a complaint to our "trade-restricted" EU politicians will help!).
- Shipping: 1st business day after receipt of payment – DHL with tracking.
- Costs within Germany: €5.50, free for orders over €50.
- Switzerland / Liechtenstein: VAT exempt, shipping is generally €9.90 (delivery duty unpaid).
- Non EC: 12.90 € duty unpaid
- Worldwide non US: to most of the countries worldwide 14.90 € min order volume 50 € duty unpaid.
